Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Trova. You can edit these windows and rules as your billing setup evolves; the language below is written to stay Whop-friendly.
Where you purchased
- Through Whop. If you bought Trova (or a Trova plan) via Whop, billing, invoices, cancellations, and refunds are primarily handled in your Whop account and under Whop’s applicable policies, in addition to this page.
- Directly with Trova. If you paid Trova directly (when offered), manage cancellation through your Trova account settings or by emailing support@meettrova.com.
How to cancel
- Open the platform where you subscribed (Whop or Trova) and cancel renewal for your plan.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You generally keep access through the end of the paid period already charged, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- If you cannot find the cancel control, email support@meettrova.com from the email on your account and we will help point you to the right place.
Refunds
Unless a different promise is shown at checkout or required by law:
- 14-day window (editable). For new paid subscriptions, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge if you have not substantially used paid scan capacity beyond a reasonable trial of the product.
- Renewals are generally non-refundable once the renewal period has started, except where required by law or approved as a courtesy.
- Free trials, promotional credits, and complimentary access are not eligible for cash refunds.
- Chargebacks should be a last resort — contact support first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on the payment provider (including Whop and card networks).
How to request a refund
Email support@meettrova.com with:
- The email on your Trova / Whop account
- Purchase date and plan name
- A short reason for the request
If you paid via Whop, include your Whop receipt or membership details so we can coordinate with that billing channel.
Service interruptions
Temporary outages of third-party AI providers, Places lookup, or hosting do not automatically entitle you to a refund. If a prolonged outage materially prevents use of paid features, contact support and we will review a fair remedy (credit, extension, or refund) case by case.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. For purchases already completed, the policy in effect at purchase (plus any mandatory consumer protections) generally applies.
